Because our Color Selector is an interactive tool, it requires the use of something called JavaScript. If the Color Selector is not working properly on your computer one of the following problems may exist:
- Java Script is not enabled in your web browser.
Solution: Enable Java script in your browser settings. Some browsers have a "Preferences" or "Internet Options" menu item in a "Tools" or "Edit" menu. Check the Advanced, Script, or Security settings for JavaScript references.
- Your current web browser may not support JavaScript. If this is the case, you have probably noticed that many things you view on the web lack some functionality.
Solution: You may want to upgrade your browser to a more current version, or try using a different browser. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, and Safari are browsers whose current versions all support JavaScript. Click on one of the links for information and downloading options.
